Blooming Shurikens are craftable consumable throwing weapons. After traveling a short distance, the shurikens burst into 4 petals that radially spin outwards, dealing damage to enemies that come into contact with them. Dealing damage grants the Life Recovery buff for a short duration, increasing the player's life recovery by 2.
