The Dragon Heart Wand is a Hardmode Support Staff that is dropped by Betsy during the Old One's Army event. It creates a large magical ring at the cursor's position that gives players within the ring increased damage. The ring lasts for about 30 seconds before dissipating, and only one magical ring can be active at once.
Like all healing items, it cannot receive a Modifier.
