Eye of Odin (minion)

The Eye of Odin is a craftable Hardmode summon weapon. It summons an Eye of Odin minion that fires lightning at enemies. The lightning will chain to other nearby enemies from the initial target enemy, damaging them as well. The same enemy cannot receive the chain twice in the same attack. Like other minions, summoned Eyes of Odin are invincible and follow the player for an unlimited amount of time, unless the player dies, summons a replacement minion, or cancels the buff.

Its best modifier is Ruthless. The Mythical modifier provides the widest array of stat bonuses, but these primarily affect the initial summon rather than the resulting minion. Additionally, Minions cannot deal critical hits. The only significant advantage a Mythical Eye of Odin has over a Ruthless one is knockback.
