Frost-Heart Elixir
The Frost-Heart Elixir is a buff potion that, when consumed, provides the player the Frost Heart buff, which freezes them in place, making them unable to move or use items (similarly to the Frozen debuff), but in compromise increases their defense by 10 and life regeneration by 40.
The buff lasts for eight seconds, but is considered a debuff in that it cannot be canceled manually by the player.
In addition to being crafted, it can also be found in the Aquatic Depths Chest.
