The Soul Anchor is a Hardmode tool that has a chance to be dropped by Duke Fishron. When used, it creates a soul at the player's position; right-clicking with the Soul Anchor while the player's soul is anchored will teleport them back to the soul's position, reverting their health and mana back to when the left-click was used.
Reverting back to the anchored position inflicts the Mortality debuff for 5 seconds, reducing the player's movement speed, damage, and damage reduction by 20% each, and Soul Anchor Exhaustion debuff for 5 minutes, preventing further use of the Soul Anchor for its duration.
